Shipping and returns
SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery days are from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00h, throughout the island of Lanzarote. Once the purchase is made online, the delivery will be made according to the corresponding route day. We work only by means of orders, which will have to be always 1 day in advance.
DELIVERING ROUTES
MONDAY: Arrecife, Costa Teguise, Nazaret, Villa de Teguise, Los Valles

TUESDAY: Cable, Playa Honda, Matagorda, Puerto del Carmen, Puerto Calero, Asomada, Macher, Conil, Tías. (Playa Blanca, Yaiza y Playa Quemada, cada 15 días)
WEDNESDAY: San Bartolomé, Mozaga, Tao, Tiagua, Muñique, Tinajo, La Vegueta, Famara, Caleta Caballo, Soo, Guatiza, Mancha blanca

THURSDAY: Guime, Arrecife

FRIDAY: Arrecife, Puerto del Carmen, Tías, Playa Honda​
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY
Once the order has been placed or the purchase has been made, no refunds are allowed, but exchanges are allowed for another product of the same amount, or for a higher amount by paying the difference.
